AI simulation calls
Speak to the people in the job, out loud
Each simulation includes people you need to speak to, such as a worried colleague, a client or a patient, and you talk to them out loud in a live two-way call while they answer in real time.
Speak in your own words
There are no scripts or menus to choose from, so you say whatever you would say at work.
Interrupt when you need to
If you talk over a character they stop and listen, the way a person would.
Characters react to you
A calm approach helps a nervous colleague relax and remember more, while alarming them makes them anxious and vague, and the character ends the call once the conversation is finished.
If you would rather type, every call can be typed instead.

- EmilyHi, this is Emily in Finance. I got a message that security wanted to speak to me?
- You, speakingHi Emily, thanks for calling back. Did you sign in from somewhere new last night?
- EmilyNo, I was asleep. Should I be worried?
An example call, shown with captions. You can type instead of speaking at any time.
Different endings
How you work through the day decides how it ends
Your results across every task in a day-in-the-life simulation, including how your calls went, add up to a score, and that score decides which ending you reach, so two students can begin with the same brief and finish in very different places. Pick an ending to follow the day that leads to it.
Your day as a Cybersecurity Analyst

- TASK 3Verify with the employee Live call

Ending: Incident Contained
In the Cybersecurity Analyst simulation, the same brief and the same six tasks can lead to any of three endings.
